Nothing except the Name Board is allowed to be placed on the name board (like Logo, drawings, etc..) in order to keep the same name board scenery  throughout the exhibition.

Name Tags (Exhibitor’s Badges)

Deadline December 15, 2024.

• Exhibitor's Name Tags will be printed with the exhibition logo.

• Each 12m² will be provided 4 name tags.

• Name tags will be handled at the organizers desk upon exhibitor’s arrival to the exhibition hall.

• Please inform us if your company needs extra name tags. Extra name tags are charged 3 US$ each.

Catalogue Advertisements (optional)

Deadline for Receiving Artwork is December 15, 2024.

Online Show catalogue advertisements are allowable for Machtech KSA exhibitors only, no other non-exhibiting company is allowed to place advertisements in the show catalogue.
